Getting Started

Hello. I'm Ian Rainey and I'm a high school freshman in Tennessee. I'm looking forward to starting this personal research project on the safety of nuclear power. I've always been interested in nuclear engineering and aspire to be a nuclear engineer in the future.

Although it is fervently supported by a variety of people, there are also many who question its safety and environmental effects. Once each specific objection is overcome, I believe the next generation of nuclear technology will fundamentally revolutionize the world energy industry and the way we think about energy production.
